Property owners who are not currently SHHA members may become SHHA members by contacting the SHHA office.
- Once SHHA staff have taken the request, they will coordinate with SHS (Sandia Heights Services) to ensure the SHHA membership fee shows up on the property owner’s SHS water bill.
- Renters may not become SHHA members, though they enjoy several of the non-member benefits listed under Benefits for All Residents.
