If you are considering making any changes to your land, the structures on the land, or your home's exterior, please familiarize yourself with the architectural review process process and then submit an ACC application. There are no exceptions to the requirement for architectural review prior to construction, renovation, remodeling, landscaping, and other permanent changes to the exterior environment under the property owner's control.
